Duckling Diaries: Day 8

After enjoying their holiday at Mrs Hamblin's house over the weekend, our little ducklings were happy to see the children again this morning. The children enjoyed holding the ducklings again, but the most exciting part of the day was giving the ducklings a swim in the water tray! The ducklings kept splashing us all as they dove under the water and splashed about. We loved watching them waddle on and off their island and swim around the water tray. The children were very excited and it inspired some duckling paintings this afternoon. Some of the children helped Mrs Hamblin change the food and water for the ducklings too.
