Day 1: Egg Arrival!

Yesterday was a very exciting day in Reception class as our eggs arrived! We counted ten eggs altogether. We talked about how to look after the eggs whilst they are in the incubator and then shared ideas about how to care for the chicks once they have hatched. The children are so excited for them to hatch into chicks this week. Lots of children made things for the chicks yesterday afternoon including a house for them to live in, pictures and letters. We will keep you update on the progress of our eggs!
