Finding out about Belarus

Today we had a very special visitor on Zoom. Tisha's mum came to share with us all about living and working in Belarus. We found it on our globe,and learnt all about the landscape (flat with beautiful lakes, marshland and chalks), and we saw Tisha's home in Minsk and thought about how different it is to live there. We all want to visit the castles, circus and stunning botanical gardens! We even tried greeting one another in Belarusian and Russian.

This week is all about celebrating our wonderful Y2s, finding out all about the different experiences we have, and thinking all about how special each one of us is. We have a wonderful culturally rich class here in Clifford Y2s! So much to celebrate!
