National Day of Reflection

Y2 made beautiful daffodils, and spent time reflecting on the past year. Our assembly, led by Rosie, helped us think about what it means to have lost someone, or to have our lives affected by the pandemic. The children shared their experiences and feelings with one another. We wrote some prayers, and finished by sharing with one another our hopes for the coming year.

At lunchtime today, the whole of Psalter Lane stood still for 1 minute, and read the Church of England prayer.

It was very moving.
