We think it is pupils celebrating May Day, mid 20th Century.
As it is the 1st May tomorrow, I thought you may enjoy finding out about how people celebrated May Day in the past. Maybe you could speak to a relative and find out what they did? Can you make up your own May Day Dance? You could investigate these sites and do a presentation? Or make a powerpoint presentation? Draw a picture? Or write a poem?
