Year One at The Halle - One AMAZING Day!

We have had an incredible and eventful day!

The Halle were absolutely stunning. We were in the front row of the Grand Circle with the best views in the house. We heard an amazing selection entitled 'Great British Music.' Mrs Brown cried at the opening piece, 'Music for The Royal Fireworks,' which was written by Handel for George II in 1749.

I cannot find words to describe what our children have participated in today. THE HALLE! It was truly wonderful.

The eventful part was a fire alarm during the concert. Our children, staff and accompanying adults were immaculately behaved and we exited safely and sensibly. The children were a real credit to the school and we were very proud of them

We came back to school and had a lovely picnic in the garden - what a fabulous day!
