Hula Hoop Intervals! Creative Challenge - Sheffield Schools Virtual Sports Day

Zack came up with the idea called, 'Hula Hoop Intervals!'

Zack says,'To do Hula Hoop Intervals you need a friend to hold the hoop. Then you throw the banbag throughit and you run around the hoop to pick up the beanbag. You have to throw the beanbag back through the hoop from where you picked it up. Run as fast as you can!'

I love this one because it involves using a squat motion to touch the ground, target throwing, sprints and speed work!
