Please find attached a very important letter regarding school closure. Please could you respond to this as soon as possible.
We would also appreciate it if you could refrain from contacting school to ask question about closures. Further information will be sent as soon as we receive clarification. If you do need to contact school please use emails as a first way of communication as we are inundated with phone calls.
