The Worry Wizard is in school!

We all enjoyed taking part in The Worry Wizard session today. We met Sam the Wizard, he talked with us about our emotions and how these can affect how we feel. We are creating our own toolkit of things which help us to strengthen our wellbeing, like talking, sport, baking, running, or music. Which activities help your wellbeing?
