Y5's trip to Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club

We had a fun and fascinating afternoon at Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club. Today we were finding out about, and having a go at, playing squash. Some of us had played before, some had seen it on YouTube, but mostly we were novices. The coaches talked us through the basics, and we quickly got to go on court and have a go. The rules are simple, and before long a lot of us had improved massively, and could play a rally. Congratulations Y5 for great focus, energy and enthusiasm. And a huge thank you to the coaches for their hard work and patience.
